I’m rooted in ancestry and lineage, drawn to small joys, and endlessly curious about new places. I love coffee shop stops, long walks, dinners with my closest friends, and quiet nights in with my animals. Slowing down isn’t always realistic for me, but it’s something I intentionally make space for in my work, especially through the use of film.
Anxiety and mental health are part of my lived experience. I believe in speaking openly about it and in the quiet power of connection, through people, art, and shared moments, to heal and create understanding.

I clock body language and headspace before I ever press the shutter. If things start to feel stiff or rushed, we pause. If the energy feels good, I don’t mess with it.
You don’t need to perform, pose, or “do it right.” I’ll guide you just enough to keep things flowing, then get out of the way so the real moments can happen.
